Community Green Talk at Bethany Lutheran on Nov. 10!

Bethany Lutheran Church will be hosting a community conversation Monday November 10th fostering dialog and mutual support in discernment of choices for individuals, our community, and our planet.

The November 10 meeting—Facing Our Potential Future with Hope--will feature SEVA members Jeffrey Finn and Jeremy Smithson serving as local resources to the group conversation.  Regular readers of SEVA's list may recall that Bethany installed a Level 2 ESVE earlier this year, and that a decision was subsequently made to offer free use of that charger as a neighborhood service.

SEVA members and their acquaintances are welcome to attend as EV supporters or owners with real life experience, and check out the charger location.

The conversation will begin at 6:30 with a short reflection from guest resources, followed by facilitated group dialogue until 8:00 PM.

A Soup Supper will be held at 6:00PM * (organic/vegetarian, vegan option)

Please RSVP for dinner if you can to: pastor@bethanyluth.org 206-523-4454

Bethany is located at 7400 Woodlawn Ave NE, on the corner of Woodlawn and Latona Ave NE, about thirty blocks north of SEVA's usual meeting place. The charger with two bracketing EV parking spaces is located in the church parking lot, accessed off Woodlawn. The church entry door for that event is via the parking lot entrance (not the Latona or Woodlawn entrances). Parking is limited to about 15 cars off-street.
