Solar Bill Has Momentum So Far

SHB 2346 has been voted out of the Technology and Economic Development Committee with a Do Pass recommendation, but with incentive rates that are lower than those in the original bill.  It was then referred to the Appropriations Committee where it had a hearing on Feb 4th.  We are working with members of that committee to see if those rates can be restored before they vote on it this week.  Whatever the case, we are hopeful that the bill will continue to move, so the next stop after Appropriations would be a vote on the House Floor.
