People familiar with Consumer’s Checkbook rely upon it for a wide range of advice including health care, home services, financial services, pet care and even solar photovoltaics!

Through April 10th, Consumer’s Checkbook is granting access to their ratings for local solar installation companies in the Puget Sound area. (Checkbook is an independent, non-profit, subscriber-based consumer rating and education service.) There’s also a nice Consumerpedia podcast explaining why now may be the best time ever to go solar.

They have a “Thinking About Solar” article for consumers discussing costs, incentives, roof considerations, system sizing and payback periods and Consumer Checkbook has a few other resources too, How to Find and Hire A Solar Energy System Installer, Solar Panel Discussion, Should I Add a Battery To My Solar Energy System and Rebates, Tax Credits, and Other Incentives For Installing Solar Energy Systems

We also have a nice resource area on the Puget Sound Solar website that is more locally focused where you can learn about solar energy, solar incentives and solar photovoltaic systems.

Remember you only have until April 10th to access the Consumer Checkbook ratings for solar installers in the Puget Sound area.

When you’ve had a chance to read some of the article and are ready to get a free custom solar quote, please give us a call at 206-706-1931 or fill out the form at the bottom of this page and tell us about your project.

You Make The Difference.
